SOTACIB Super Green CEM II/A-L 52.5 R white Portland cement is developed for manufacturers of mortars, renders and cementitious adhesives. This limestone-containing grade combines a white base for decorative finishes and concrete with high early and final strength, supporting applications where appearance and production requirements must be considered together.
SOTACIB states that this product has an 8% lower carbon footprint than its CEM I type cement. This is a manufacturer comparison. Reported typical compressive strengths are 34–38 MPa at two days and 58–64 MPa at 28 days, with an initial setting time of 120–160 minutes.
