Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, company and email address. You may also provide a phone number, destination country, selected ranges, quantities and units, preferred Incoterm and message. These details are used to assess and answer your enquiry. Please avoid submitting identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in the message.
Storage and communication
Enquiries are stored in the private website administration. A notification containing the enquiry is prepared for the management mailbox contact@mwb.tn. Access to the website administration, mailbox and backups is restricted to those managing them. Follow-up communication may use the phone number or email address you provide.
Your browser and security
Selected ranges are stored locally in your browser until cleared or until submission is confirmed. An anti-spam mechanism temporarily uses a fingerprint of the network address and email for approximately one hour. Administrators use cookies needed to sign in. Technical server logs may record the network address, date and pages requested for operation and security. No third-party advertising or audience analytics service is added to this version of the website.
Retention and requests
Enquiries remain available for commercial follow-up until deleted by MWB; automatic deletion of commercial enquiry records is not configured in this version. Technical copies may remain in backups during their rotation. To access, correct or request deletion of information associated with your enquiry, email contact@mwb.tn and specify the email address used and the context of your enquiry.
