PROKIL S 330 AF is a styrene acrylic emulsion for industrial formulation. The butyl acrylate and styrene copolymer is formulated without alkylphenol, according to its technical description. Stated applications include matt and satin paints, plastic coatings, tile adhesives.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 49 - 51 %; viscosity Brookfield (20°C, sp. 5, 50 rpm): 2500 - 5000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 18 °C – 22 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
