PROKIL S 346 PV is a styrene acrylic emulsion for industrial formulation. This grade uses a plasticised butyl acrylate and styrene dispersion. Stated applications include matt and satin paints, plastic coatings, tile adhesives.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 45 - 47 %; viscosity Brookfield (23°C, sp. 5, 20 rpm): 5000 - 10000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 13 – 16 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
