PROKIL S 350 PV is a styrene acrylic emulsion for industrial formulation. The dispersion combines an acrylic ester with styrene and is identified as APEO-free. Stated applications include high-PVC matt interior paints, interior and exterior textured paints, gloss and satin paints.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 49 - 51 %; viscosity Brookfield (25°C, sp. 5, 20 rpm): 6000-12000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 16 – 19 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
