PROKIL SA370B is an acrylic emulsion for industrial formulation. The self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion is designed for gloss waterborne lacquers. Stated applications include gloss waterborne lacquers, waterborne varnishes, exterior and interior paints.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 46 - 48 %; viscosity Brookfield (25°C, sp.3, 20 rpm): 1000 - 3000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 7 - 10 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
