PVA 852M is a vinyl acetate emulsion for D3 adhesives for industrial formulation. The emulsion is intended for formulating single-component class D3 adhesives. The class describes the stated adhesive application and must be validated on the finished formulation. Stated applications include single-component class D3 adhesives.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 51 - 53 %; viscosity Brookfield (20°C, sp.5,20 rpm): 12000 - 18000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 4 - 7 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
