PROKIL VEO 310T is a vinyl versatate emulsion for industrial formulation. The dispersion is a vinyl acetate, acrylic ester and VEOVA terpolymer stabilised with surfactants. Stated applications include interior and exterior paints, textured coatings, gloss paints.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 49 – 51 %; viscosity Brookfield (23°C, sp. 4, 20 rpm): 500 – 3 000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 10 °C – 13 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
