PROKIL VEO340T is a vinyl versatate emulsion for industrial formulation. This grade uses a vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate and acrylic ester terpolymer. Stated applications include interior and exterior paints, decorative paints.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 49 – 51 %; viscosity Brookfield (23°C, sp. 5, 20 rpm): 4 000 – 8 000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 7 – 9 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
