SO50WS60 is a medium-oil soybean fatty acid alkyd resin for industrial formulation. This raw material acts as a binder in the industrial preparation of paints and varnishes for the stated applications. Stated applications include automotive refinishing, industrial bodywork lacquers for vehicle bodies, trailers and farm machinery, industrial lacquers.
This grade is specified by solids content (35 min at 150°C): 59 - 61 %; viscosity Brookfield (25°C, sp. 3, 20 rpm): 2500 – 5000 cP; oil length: 48 - 50 %. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 190 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
