ELITE 1 prepares compatible plaster, concrete, cement and previously painted surfaces. Mix as directed and allow to dry before sanding and finishing. It is intended for interior work.
Prepare a sound, clean substrate and follow the technical sheet for application and drying conditions. Select a finish suitable for the substrate.
