Sika® Separol® W-220 is a water-based release agent used to prepare formwork before concreting. It helps separate hardened concrete from the mould through an even application suited to the formwork material. Substrate cleanliness and the amount applied must be controlled to achieve the intended concrete finish.
For this concrete treatment, specify the substrate, application stage and required finish. Check spraying or application conditions, site organisation and compatibility with subsequent operations, particularly where another coating must bond to the concrete.
