SikaBond®-240 Easy Fix — Assembly adhesive for decorative fittings

SikaBond®-240 Easy Fix is a water-based single-component adhesive for fixing skirting boards, mouldings and other decorative fittings. It can be used indoors or in sheltered outdoor locations on various construction materials. At least one bonding surface must absorb water, which requires particular attention with painted, metallic or low-porosity components.

Assess bonding using both materials, surface condition, joint geometry and service stresses. Check preparation, any required primer and restraint while curing. For structural or loaded fixings, retain the system's design requirements.
