Sikalastic® M 640 is a single-component polyurethane coating for exterior waterproofing of roofs, balconies and terraces. Cold application produces an elastic layer suited to complex shapes and numerous connections. It may also be used beneath tiles in the documented configurations, after checking the substrate and the associated components of the system.
Roof waterproofing must include slopes, drainage, upstands and critical details. Identify any existing coating, its condition and intended access. Select primer, reinforcement and finish within a compatible system, then follow specified thickness and weather conditions.
