SikaGrout®-234 — Shrinkage-compensated bedding mortar

SikaGrout®-234 is an anchoring and bedding mortar that becomes flowable when mixed with water. Its formulation combines shrinkage compensation with recycled raw materials replacing part of the Portland cement. It is intended for bearing points, anchors and industrial equipment, providing filling within the documented thickness range to maintain continuous load transfer.

Equipment bedding requires defined loads, gap thickness, volume and support layout. Plan suitable formwork, air release and a continuous casting sequence. Temperature conditions and loading time must match the grout instructions.
