Sika Boom® P is an expanding polyurethane foam for filling connection gaps around joinery, pipes and equipment. It contributes to thermal and acoustic insulation of the treated spaces. Nozzle application suits local work; once cured, the foam can be cut, sanded and painted in preparation for finishing.
Before selecting a foam, record gap dimensions, substrates and the intended filling function. Plan dispensing, protection of adjacent surfaces and finishing after curing. Joinery fixings and any special joint requirements must be established separately.
