This machine is designed to prepare low-density cellular concrete without sand. It combines mixing, foam generation and discharge within one assembly.
The horizontal-shaft mixer is complemented by a binder-loading screw, a timed water pump and a foam generator. A helical pump discharges the mixture. The described assembly also includes an electrical control cabinet and an air compressor.
