AVA518 is a vinyl acrylic emulsion for industrial formulation. This emulsion provides a base for waterborne paints, varnishes and adhesive applications listed in its data sheet. Stated applications include paints, varnishes and wallpaper, textile industry, adhesive manufacturing.
This grade is specified by solids content (60 min at 120°C): 50- 52 %; viscosity Brookfield (sp. 4, 50 rpm, 20°C): 3000 - 4000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 7 - 9 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum.
