AFROCHIM HYDROLATEX is a water-based resin dispersion used to improve mortar adhesion and workability. It is incorporated into bonding slurries, spatter coats and preparations specified for construction joints, renders or screeds. Its addition also aims to improve mortar water resistance and surface hardness. Preparation and proportions depend on the application; it is not a finished coating for use on its own.
