MAPRO A010A is a vinyl acetate emulsion for industrial formulation. The aqueous dispersion uses a vinyl acetate homopolymer stabilised with polyvinyl alcohol. Stated applications include textile, paper and cardboard adhesives, fillers and coatings.
This grade is specified by solids content (60 min at 120°C): 51 - 53 %; viscosity Brookfield (20°C, sp. 7, 50 rpm): 20000 - 30000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 14 - 15 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
