PROCRYL XB65PR45 is a hydroxylated acrylic resin for industrial formulation. The hydroxylated resin is intended for automotive finishes and formulations combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates. Stated applications include automotive finishing paints and varnishes, automotive refinishing paints and varnishes, industrial and marine coatings for machinery and boats.
This grade is specified by solids content (35 min at 150°C): 64 - 66 %; viscosity Brookfield (23°C, sp. 4, 50 rpm): 2000– 6000 cP; solvent: Xylene / butyl acetate. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 190 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
