PVA 860 F is a vinyl acetate emulsion for industrial formulation. This vinyl dispersion is selected using the solids content, viscosity and film properties listed in its data sheet. Stated applications include wood, cardboard and paper adhesives, waterborne paints.
This grade is specified by solids content (60 min at 105°C): 59 - 61 %; viscosity Brookfield (25°C, sp. 6,10 rpm): 30000 - 50000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 13 – 15 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
