PVA850BV is a vinyl acetate emulsion for industrial formulation. The vinyl acetate homopolymer is recommended as a base for class D2 wood adhesives. Stated applications include single-component class D2 wood adhesives (EN 204), cardboard and paper adhesives.
This grade is specified by solids content (25 min at 150°C): 49 - 51 %; viscosity Brookfield (25°C, sp. 4, 20 rpm): 5000 - 8000 cP; minimum film-forming temperature: 13 - 15 °C. Compare grades using the stated measurement conditions. Validate the binder and other ingredients in the intended formulation and production process.
The stated packaging is a 160 kg drum. Store in closed original packaging between 5 and 30°C, under the conditions stated in the data sheet.
