Sika® Injection-101 RC is a polyurethane injection resin that reacts with water to form flexible foam. It is designed for temporary stopping of water flow through cracks, joints and cavities. A follow-up injection with a suitable permanent waterproofing product, such as Sika Injection-201, is required to complete the documented treatment.
Injection-resin selection depends on crack movement, width and water flow. Plan equipment, packers and treatment sequence with the applicator. Structural cracks and moving joints require separate assessment before a product is selected.
