SikaSwell® A is a range of acrylate profiles that swell in contact with water to seal construction joints. They also suit pipe penetrations and connections between concrete elements. A 2005, A 2010, A 2015 and A 2025 sections are selected for the particular joint detail.
A watertight joint depends on movement, geometry, water exposure and substrate material. Continuity around corners and penetrations matters as much as straight runs. Design the assembly and associated products using the structure's details and manufacturer instructions.
