SikaWall®-570 Monomax DZ is a one-coat render for weatherproofing and decorating suitable vertical walls indoors or outdoors. It offers several finishes on concrete or sound masonry. The data sheet excludes weak older substrates, Rt1/Rt2 masonry and gypsum-based construction, which therefore require selection of another system.
Filler or render selection depends on wall material, condition, correction thickness and intended finish. Check substrate cohesion and layer compatibility, particularly during refurbishment or where damp is present. Plan crack and connection treatment before smoothing.
