STRAMIFLEX postformed panels are used for kitchen worktops, bathroom fit-outs and table or desk tops. An MDF or particleboard substrate receives a postforming HPL laminate bent under heat around one or two machined edges. Quarter-round, half-round and other profiles create continuity across the surface and edge. Select the core grade, cut-outs and cut-edge treatment according to the intended worktop application.
For a top suited to its intended use, specify the dimensions, shape, thickness and décor, followed by fixing requirements for the base or cabinet. Show edge profiles and any cut-outs on the fabrication drawing. MWB TRADING can prepare a quotation for a single top or a series, with coordinated finishes across the project.
