Straight pipe lengths, coils and fitting cartons are quoted separately. The offer specifies unit length, piece count, weight and volume. Rigid lengths are checked for container loading; no single length or coil size is assumed for every reference. Lead times separate availability, preparation and shipping.
Documents and required compliance
Commercial invoice, packing list and reference-specific technical data sheets support export preparation. Request and confirm declarations of conformity, certificates of origin or particular reports. Origin and applicable standards are those of the proposed product.

No. Pipe, socket and fitting dimensions must match the selected system. Check markings and actual dimensions before requesting a replacement.
Can these fittings be used on a pressurised water network?
This selection covers drainage. Send a separate enquiry with the required class and joint specification for pressure use. A PVC drainage fitting is not a pressure-fitting equivalent.
What is the minimum order quantity?
State requirements in pipe lengths and fitting pieces by angle, branch arrangement and diameter. Minimum quantities and packaging depend on the references and are confirmed in the quotation.
How can I obtain wholesale or export prices?
Send a bill of quantities by material, diameter and required class, with quantities and receiving country. Specify whether pricing should be per metre, straight length, coil or fitting, together with the requested Incoterm.
What are the lead times, shipping and payment terms?
The offer separates availability, preparation and shipping. Dispatch from Radès and FOB, CFR or CIF terms are assessed for the project. Lead time, port, payment arrangements and price validity are confirmed in the quotation.
Which technical and drinking-water documents should I request?
Request product data sheets, market-specific conformity documents and reference-specific drinking-water approvals where required. The export file includes the invoice and packing list. Approval is not assumed for the whole range.
Can I request a sample or small order?
State the pipe or fitting, dimensions and intended trial. The feasibility of a sample, cut section or small order, including its cost and transport, is assessed before confirmation.
Does dispatch from Tunisia guarantee Tunisian origin?
Manufacturing origin is checked for each reference and is separate from the dispatch country. Certificates of origin and any customs preference must be confirmed against the product, applicable rules and destination.
