AFROCHIM CUREDUR P is a solvent-based concrete curing resin. After application it forms a film intended to limit water loss and support cement hydration. The manufacturer specifies application once surface water has disappeared, and on certain demoulded concrete surfaces under its stated procedure. The treatment helps control surface shrinkage during hardening.
Specify the concrete, area and future finish. If the floor will receive a protective or decorative covering, the manufacturer requires removal of the curing film. Include that step in substrate preparation and confirm quantities using the data sheet coverage.
