PROTECT FACADE clear surface water repellent

AFROCHIM PROTECT FACADE is a clear impregnating treatment for porous mineral substrates. It is intended to limit rainwater penetration into concrete, cement render, natural stone and reconstructed stone façades. The treatment aims to preserve the material’s appearance while making it water repellent. It is a surface protection product, distinct from tanking or a membrane intended to resist pressurised water.

Specify the material, condition, porosity and treatment area. Carry out a trial in an inconspicuous location before full application. The data sheet excludes pools, basins, terraces, salt-bearing rising damp and pressurised-water structures; select a suitable system for these situations.
