Sikagard®-240 Protecteur Tout en 1 is an impregnation intended to limit penetration of water and oily liquids into compatible materials. It protects porous or slightly porous mineral surfaces against staining without forming a film. Applications include suitable walls, façades, roofs and floors, with an appearance test on the selected material.
Substrate porosity, condition and exposure determine suitability for hydrophobic impregnation. Clean and prepare as instructed, then test absorption and appearance. Surface water repellency does not replace treatment of cracks, joints or identified water-entry paths.
