Sikaplan® SGmA-15 — 1.5 mm PVC membrane for protected roofs

Sikaplan® SGmA-15 is a 1.5 mm glass-fleece-reinforced PVC membrane for waterproofing beneath ballast. It is intended for roofs receiving gravel, a screed, vegetation or protection suitable for pedestrian access. Selection must consider the build-up’s weight, separation layers and drainage details together with the intended roof use.

A ballasted roof must be designed for protection weight, substrate and insulation. Check separation layers, upstands and drainage. Select the membrane and accessories together, using installation and welding procedures consistent with the documented system.
