Sikasil® MultiPlus/-T is an acetoxy silicone sealant for flexible connections in kitchens, bathrooms and sanitary installations. It is suitable for non-porous substrates including glass and ceramics. Its smooth finish complements glazed fittings, with a formulation intended for warm, damp environments where mould growth is a concern.
Select a sealant for the materials, joint width, movement and exposure. Check primer and backing-rod requirements and colour. Joint sizing and preparation of the bonding faces are essential to maintain the intended adhesion and elastic behaviour.
