Dispatch from Tunisia and Incoterms
Depending on the project, sea dispatch is assessed from Radès with FOB Radès, CFR or CIF terms to the agreed port: Abidjan, Dakar, Lomé, Douala or another requested destination. Include an inland receiving location where required.
Availability and packaging
Dimensions, weight, packing and handling arrangements are confirmed for each item. Heavy or bulky assemblies require loading assessment. For conductors, specify metres and delivery lengths. Origin, documents and timing are checked per reference.
Documents and required compliance
Commercial invoice, packing list and reference-specific technical data sheets support export preparation. Request and confirm declarations of conformity, certificates of origin or particular reports. Origin and applicable standards are those of the proposed product.

Not necessarily: function, voltages, frequency, isolation and installation conditions must match.
Should I specify kW or kVA?
Provide the required rating and load data. A kW value alone is insufficient to determine the kVA rating.
What is the minimum order quantity?
State quantities for each reference and variant. Minimum order and packing are confirmed in the offer; a published entry does not guarantee immediate availability.
How can I obtain an export price from Tunisia?
Send your schedule, required specifications, receiving country and delivery location. The quotation separates equipment from requested services.
What lead times and payment terms apply?
The offer specifies availability, preparation, shipping, payment and price validity. Timing depends on references, quantities and destination.
Which documents accompany the supply?
Invoice, packing list and technical documentation are specified in the quotation. Request the reports, declarations and certificates your project needs; availability is checked per reference.
Can different references share one shipment?
List each model and variant separately. MWB assesses consolidation, packing and shipment from Radès on FOB, CFR or CIF terms as required.
