Sika MonoTop®-412 N is a structural concrete repair mortar formulated with fibres and low shrinkage. Supplied ready for mixing with water, it can be applied manually or by spraying according to site conditions. Its R4 classification and resistance to seawater or sulfate-bearing water suit exposed-structure repairs and reprofiling work.
A durable repair depends on concrete assessment, preparation of damaged areas and treatment of affected reinforcement. Specify repair thickness, surface orientation and exposure. Combine the mortar with the preparation and curing specified in its instructions.
