SikaEmaco® T 1600 is an asphalt repair mortar combining a fibre-reinforced hydraulic powder with a liquid polymer component. The resulting mix is pourable and hardens rapidly. Applications include pavement repairs, connections between asphalt and concrete, and fixing street furniture into bituminous surfaces where the intervention must suit the existing pavement.
For road repairs, identify the existing surface, thickness, repair boundaries and traffic. Plan preparation, compaction or casting according to the selected product. Check reopening time under the actual temperature and working conditions.
