SikaTop®-121 Surfaçage is a fine pre-dosed mortar for correcting surface defects in concrete and preparing substrates before coating. Mixing an emulsion resin with the cementitious component produces a thixotropic material for pore filling and thin repairs. Typical uses include restoring balconies, parapets and concrete walls before finishing work.
A durable repair depends on concrete assessment, preparation of damaged areas and treatment of affected reinforcement. Specify repair thickness, surface orientation and exposure. Combine the mortar with the preparation and curing specified in its instructions.
