The HD double crossarm places two beams on opposite sides of the pole. Braces and pole attachments form an assembly whose geometry must match the line design.
The catalogue distinguishes HD designations of 1,200 and 1,500 mm. Profile and mounting dimensions must be validated for each order. A special arrangement may be assessed using an existing drawing.
Width alone does not determine the selection of a double crossarm. Loads, insulator type, pole and bolts must be considered together. The illustration shows the assembly principle.
