Departure and Incoterms

Sea shipment is assessed from the port of Radès, Tunisia. Depending on your request: FOB Radès, or CFR / CIF to Abidjan, Dakar, Lomé or Douala, subject to quotation. The selected port, included services and any inland transport are specified in the offer.

Availability and lead times

The schedule distinguishes availability or production, export preparation and sea transit. Estimates depend on the reference, quantity and selected sailing and are stated in the quotation. Tell us when you need to receive the goods.

Packaging

STAFFMED, DECORMED and ROYAL: 40 kg bags. MED PROJECT: 25 kg bags. Palletisation, bags per pallet, moisture protection and loading are confirmed in the quotation.

Standards and documents

The export file includes the commercial invoice and packing list. Request technical data sheets, declarations of conformity and manufacturer test reports for the selected reference, subject to availability. Applicable NF, IEC or EN references are those in the proposed product’s documentation; mentioning them does not certify every product.

Preferential origin: AfCFTA or COMESA

For goods manufactured in Tunisia that meet the applicable origin rules, an AfCFTA or COMESA certificate of origin may allow preferential customs treatment in a partner country, depending on the product and effective concessions. Eligibility, the required certificate and any benefit must be checked with the freight forwarder before ordering. Shipment from Tunisia alone does not confer Tunisian origin.

STAFFMED, DECORMED and ROYAL are intended for decorative plasterwork or casting, according to the specifications of each reference. MED PROJECT is for spray-applied interior plastering. Review the selected product page and confirm your project requirements.

How do I obtain a price and minimum order quantity?

Are lead times and shipping already fixed?

They are assessed for each order based on availability, quantities and the receiving location. For destinations requiring transit or inland transport, state the preferred receiving point so that the scope of the quotation can be defined.

How should I prepare plaster storage?

Arrange dry storage, protect bags from moisture and follow the storage instructions for the delivered reference. The planned storage period and handling conditions are useful details to include in your enquiry.

What are the payment terms?
