For a replacement, record dimensions and the reference rather than relying on appearance alone. For a site or workshop order, separate models, finishes and accessories so complete supplies can be compared.

Information to include

• For doors and furniture, state thickness, centres, dimensions, opening direction and finish. For replacements, include a drawing or a photograph with measurements.
• For screws and fixings, state diameter, length, material, substrate and application. Any requested performance should be tied to the reference and its documentation.
• List quantities per model, included accessories and packaging by box or batch. Add the destination so the contents and terms of the offer can be specified.
