Information to include

• State the application, grade designation or reference and required properties. For a mineral filler, include the required particle size where specified in your technical requirements.
• Specify quantity per order, packaging format and receiving constraints. For packaging, state the material, dimensions, capacity and required accessories.
• Attach your specification sheet and request the relevant technical or safety data sheets. Batch characteristics and the documents to be supplied should be defined in the offer.
